Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CHEQIT's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use of Services

CHEQIT provides a payment platform that connects businesses and customers. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

Payment Terms

For customers: A flat service fee of R5 applies to all transactions, regardless of transaction amount.

For merchants: Transaction fees of 3.4% + 12c apply to all processed payments. No commission fees are charged on sales.

All fees are clearly disclosed before transaction completion.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information

Limitation of Liability

CHEQIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
